Commonwealth (1649-60), Silver Crown, 1653, inverted A for V on reverse legend, English shield within laurel and palm branches, initial mark sun, legends in English surrounding, outer beaded circle both sides, rev die axis at 11 o’clock, shields of England and Ireland, with value above, all within beaded circle, date and legend surrounding, 29.56g (ESC 6A R3; Bull 7; N.2721; S.3214).

Attractively toned, a little ragged around rim with some light striations, otherwise good very fine and very rare.
