Germany, Wilhelm II (1888-1918), copper Pattern 25 Pfennig, 1908, trial strike, designed by Karl Goetz, crowned coat of arms. Rev. denomination, 4.31g (Schaaf 18/G5).

Brilliant Mint State Pattern.

Struck in copper by the noted German medalist Karl Goetz to the size of a normal German 25 Pfennig. Goetz is best known for his satirical and propaganda medals during WWI and for the Lusitania medal of 1915.
