William III (1694-1702), Sixpence, 1696, first laureate and draped bust right, rev inverted die axis, crowned cruciform shields, early harp type in Irish arms, Lion of Nassau at centre, legend rotated 90° with date above Scottish shield (ESC.1534B, R4; S.3520).

Well toned, obverse adjustment marks and haymarking both sides, small reverse scratch, otherwise a bold fine and very rare.
