A WW2 Far East Double Mention in Despatches group of 4 to Lieutenant Colonel P.G. King R.A.S.C. comprising; 1939/45 Star, Burma Star, 1939-45 Defence Medal, 1939-45 War Medal with Mention in Despatches emblem, all unnamed as issued, very fine.

Sold with corresponding miniatures, two framed Mention in Despatches Certificates the first to Captain (Temp) P.G. King dated 27th September 1945 and the other to Lt Col (Acting) P.G. King dated 19th September 1946, with a framed and Glazed scroll of the Indian Corps exploits in World War Two – “The Indian Corps covered 1,127 miles from Jorhat to Rangoon and in the process killed 23,642 Japanese”.
