James VI (1567-1625), Sword and Sceptre Piece of 120 Shillings, 1604, eighth coinage, crowned Scottish arms, beaded circles and legend surrounding, initial mark quatrefoil both sides .IACOBVS. 6. D. G. R. SCOTORVM. outer beaded circle both sides, rev crossed sword and sceptre, crown above, date with stops either side below, thistle each side, beaded circle surrounding, .SALVS. POPVLI. SVPREMA. LEX. 4.90g (Burns 956; SCBI 35:-/1193; S.5460).

Toned good very fine and a rare date, the obverse die not represented in SCBI 35.
