Charles II (1660-85), Halfcrown, 1676, fourth laureate and draped bust facing right, legend surrounds CAROLVS.II. DEI. GRATIA, toothed border both sides. Rev, crowned cruciform shields, interlinked Cs in angles, garter star at centre, six strings to Irish harp, legend surrounds MAG. BR.FRA. ET.HIB REX. Edge reads DECVS ET TVTAMEN ANNO REGNI VICESIMO OCTAVO (Bull. 471; ESC. 478; S.3367).

Residual lustre, very fine with attractive toning.
