William and Mary (1689-94), Halfcrown, 1693, second conjoined laureate and draped busts facing right, legend surrounds GVLIELMVS. ET. MARIA. DEI GRATIA. Rev, four crowned shields cruciform, interlinked WMs monograms, date in angles, arms of Orange Nassau in centre, five strings to Irish harp, edge with inverted raised letters, reading .+. DECVS. ET. TVTAMEN. ANNO. REGNI. QVINTO.+. (ESC 519; Bull. 860; S.3436).
About extremely fine, dark toning, some trivial nicks in obverse field, die flaw on reverse running through from the WM monogram to the 6 and 3 of the date up to shield.
