DEI.GRATIA., Rev, crowned cruciform shields, nine strings to Irish harp, garter star struck in centre, date separated by top crown, legend surrounding M.B.F.ET. H.REX. F.D.B. ET.L.D.S.R.I. A.T ET.E., edge inscription *DECVS. ET. TVTAMEN. ANNO. REGNI. VICESIMO (Bull 1669 R; ESC. 126 R; S.3690).
