His Mention in Despatches was gazetted on 19th Sept 1946 however the emblem itself was forwarded to him on 18th July 1947.

Clement Brown was born on the 1st of December 1909 enlisting at Glasgow on the 19th of August 1943 his trade was Motor Driver. He was discharged to the Reserve on the 7th of September 1946
