A Great War Spring Offensive Casualty British War Medal awarded to Pte. Thomas Clark, 9th Scottish Rifles (Cameronians), formerly of the Royal Scots. Who was Killed in Action in France & Flanders on 23rd March 1918. British War Medal 1914-1920, (40479 Pte. T. Clark. Sco. Rif.), lightly toned very fine.

Born in Jarrow in South Tyneside, Enlisted in Edinburgh and lived in Tweedmouth; Buried in the Grand Seraucort British Cemetery, Aisne, France. (South west of St. Quentin on the east side of the River Somme).

Sold with copy of CWGC, copy Parchment Scroll and copy Medal Index Card.
