A particularly well struck example of the type with an imposing and well-proportioned portrait, one peckmark above mandible, legends legible both sides with the slightest of ghosting in parts of obverse script. Reverse, some peckmarks usual for the type with a little flatness on the terminating crescents at 6 and 9 o’clock. A fully rounded coin with the outer rims visible, amber maroon toning set against a steel grey. Bold good very fine, much eye appeal.
