Caleb Stennett Born and lived Uxbridge a General Labourer by trade. Census of 1861 shows 4 other siblings and father’s occupation as Labourer. He enlisted into the 81st Regiment at Uxbridge in 1873 stating he was an 18-year-old Labourer but in fact he was only 16. Served 7 years with the Regiment. In 1891 he is noted as being in the Uxbridge Union Workhouse aged 34.
