Alexius I Comnenus (A.D. 1081-1092).

Silver Scyphate Miliaresion.

Obverse: Indistinct legend around Virgin orans standing, nimbate, wearing a pallium and maphorium, MP-ΘV on either side.
Reverse: +AΛEZIW ΔE-CΠOT TO KOMN, Alexius standing facing, wearing a crown and military attire, holding a long cross and with left hand on sheath.
