A Lance Daffadar Fateh Khan is mentioned in the Regimental History Page 346) as having taken part in a Trench Raid near Hagricourt, France during May 1917. IDSM Regimental History Page 83 Awarded for Egypt, 29 IDSMs to the Regiment between 1907 and 1922 all for the Great War only 6 for Egypt.
