An unusual George V and George VI, WW2, City of Bath Special Constable Group of 3 awarded to Ernest Robert Goldsworthy comprising, 1939-45 Defence Medal, unnamed as issued, Special Constabulary Long Service Medal, GVR, (Ernest Goldsworthy), Special Constabulary Long Service Medal, GVIR, (Ernest R. Goldsworthy), very fine.

Ernest Robert Goldsworthy was born in Somerset in 1877, a Tailor by trade. He was Freemason belonging to Royal Cumberland Lodge, Bath. The 1939 census shows Ernest as Manager Tailoring Department and Special Constable No.95 of Bath City Police.
