Silver Denarius, mint of Rome, AD 151-152.

Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XV, laureate bust of Antoninus facing right.
Reverse: COS IIII, Annona standing left, holding grain ears and placing left hand on modius which stands on a ship.
