Obverse: Bust of Basiliscus facing, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed, holding a spear and shield decorated with the motif of a horseman spearing a fallen enemy, DN BASILISCVS PP AVG.
Reverse: Victory standing left, holding cross-topped sceptre, VICTORI-A AVGGG, CONOB in exergue.
