Calabria, Tarentum.

Silver Reduced Nomos, struck during the occupation of Hannibal, c. 212-209 BC.

Obverse: ΣΩKANNAΣ, nude youth on horseback right, holding reins and palm.
Reverse: TAPAΣ, Taras astride dolphin left, holding kantharos and trident, eagle standing behind.
