Rev, voided short cross, within linear circle and legend surrounding, reads + ÆGELPINE ON EOF:, 1.08g (S.1159; N.790; BMC XVI; SCBI 2 [Hunterian & Coats], 955).
Gunmetal grey tone both sides, free of peckmarks. An excellent portrait and detailed bust, legends clear with a couple of flat points. Reverse, near extremely fine, legible and fluid moneyer mint inscription, dark contrasting toning in the recesses, noticeably clear fields, Bold good very fine, a well-executed example, struck with blocky dies.
