Charles I (1625-1649), Silver Halfcrown, Exeter Mint, Briot style King on horseback left with short sash, holding sword, rough ground below, beaded circles and legend surrounding both sides, initial mark rose (1644-45) both sides, rev struck en médaille, oval quartered shield of arms with scrolled frame, 14.63g (Bull 661/20; Brooker 1030/-; N.2555/1; S.3068).

Lightly toned, struck on a broad irregular flan, weak in parts, about very fine for issue and rare.
