Silver Shilling, Tower Mint (under Charles I) 1638-1639, mm. Anchor upright/on side, Group E.

Obverse: CAROLVS.D.G.MAG.BRI.FRA.ET.HI.REX, small “Aberystwyth” bust to left with single-arched crown, large XII to right.
Reverse: CHRISTO . AVSPICE . REGNO, square-topped shield over cross moline.
