Charles I (1625-1649), Unite, Group B, mintmark upright anchor (1628-29) with round flukes on obverse, crowned more elongated bust with ruff breaking beaded linear circle and dividing legend, reading .CAROLVS. D; G’ MAG; BR; FR; ET. HI; REX. Rev, mintmark anchor with pointed flukes, legend reads FLORENT CONCORDIA REGNA, 8.99g (Schneider 124-6; Brooker 53; N 2149; S 2688).
Weakly struck in places, on a slightly irregular flan, otherwise good very fine or better, much eye appeal.
A charming variation with the obverse and reverse mintmarks.
