Charles I (1629-30) Unite of twenty shillings, Tower mint under the King, Group B, mintmark heart (1629-30). Crowned second bust left in ruff, armour and mantle breaking inner linear circle, value behind, legend surrounds CAROLVS DG MAG BR FR ET HI REX. Rev, crowned quartered coat of arms, reads FLORENT CONCORDIA REGNA, the D of legend struck over an R, 9.08g (S. 2688; N. 2149; Brooker 58; Schneider 128). About extremely fine, well struck and very pleasing portrait.
