Silver Denarius, mint of Rome, AD 191-192.

Obverse: L AEL AVREL COM-M AVG FEL, Commodus as Hercules, wearing a lionskin headdress.
Reverse: HER-CVL / RO-MAN / AV-GV, across a vertical club, all within a wreath.

Good Very Fine. Excellent condition for this difficult and historically significant issue.
