Silver Denarius, mint of Rome, AD 88.

Obverse: IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM P M TR P VIII, laureate head of Domitian facing right.
Reverse: COS XIIII LVD SAEC FEC, herald of the games, wearing long garment, advancing left, holding vertical wand and round shield, on which is helmeted bust of Minerva.
