Description

Edward III (1327‐1377), Fourth Coinage, Pre‐Treaty Period, Series E, Noble, 1354‐1355, Tower, saltire stops. NGC MS62.King standing in ship, rev. (m.m) annulet stops, floriate cross, small E at centre, crowned leopards in angles, m.m. cross 2, 7.68g, (Schneider I, 27; North 1160; S.1488). Good extremely fine, a well struck example. Conservatively graded and encapsulated by NGC as MS62.
