Edward III (1327-1377), Fourth Coinage, Post-Treaty, Noble, 1369-1377, Calais, King standing, facing with sword and shield in ship, flag at stern, voided quatrefoil over sail, reverse double saltire stops, E• at centre in panel, trefoils, lion and crown in each angle, double tressure, trefoils in spandrels, 7.19g, mm. cross. (Schneider 115; N.1281; S.1521). Bold good very fine, some parts nearer to extremely fine.
