PRESIDENT, bare head left. Rev, CITY AND GUILDS OF LONDON INSTITUTE + TECHNICAL EDUCATION, tablet inscribed TECHNOLOGICAL EXAMINATION with banner inscribed ORDINARY above. Edge, WILLIAM H. BAXTER, CARPENTRY & JOINERY, 2nd PRIZE, 1892 (Eimer 1764; BHM –). Slight duskiness to peripheries, otherwise Good Extremely Fine, subtly patinated, in original Pinches case of issue (sound).
