Obverse: AVT K M AVP ANTΩNEINOC AVΓ IOVΛIA MAICA AVΓ, confronted busts of Elagabalus and Julia Maesa.
Reverse: VΠ IOVA ANT CEΛEVKOV MAPKIANOΠOΛI / TΩN, Dionysus, nude, standing front, with head facing left, holding a thyrsus in his left hand whilst pouring wine from a kantharus with his right.

Double struck on reverse, slightly ragged flan, dark patina, very fine.
