Description
Elizabeth I (1558‑1563), Trade Coinage, Portcullis Money (1600‑1601), Silver Two‑Testerns, crowned quartered shield of arms, crowned E to left and R to right, initial mark 0 both sides, within saw‑toothed inner borders both sides, rev crowned portcullis, chains beside, 6.63g. (Pr 3; S 2607C). Bold good very fine, some parts better. Attractively toned.
