George I (1714-27), Guinea, 1726, Fifth laureate head facing right, tie with two straight ends. Legend reads GEORGIVS D G M BR FR ET HIB REX. F.D. Rev, four crowned cruciform shields, sceptres in angles, garter star at centre, seven strings to Irish harp, date either side of top crown. Legend reads .BRVN ET L. DVX S.R.I.A.TH ET. EL (Schneider 549; MCE.261; S.3633).
