George II (1727-60), Guinea, 1737, second young laureate head left, legend surrounds GEORGIVS II DEI GRATIA. Rev, garnished crowned quartered shield of arms, date flanking crown, legend reads MBFETH REX FDB ETL D SRIATETE (S.3674; MCE 313).

Even depth to the toning, with underlying mint brilliance on a high quality gold flan. Well struck up portrait with some weakness in hair. Reverse, superlative, mirrored in a proof-like fashion with consistent detail and reflective fields. About extremely fine for issue.
