George III (1760-1820), Penny, 1797, laureate and draped bust facing right, ten leaf wreath, legend incuse on raised rim surrounding on both sides. Rev, Britannia seated left, with olive branch trident and shield, ship sailing right on left horizon, Soho mint (Peck 1132; S.3777). 

Extremely fine, mottled toning with evenly distributed lustre within the legends and the fields on both sides, a slight mark to the right of the bust.
