(the base) a circle of medallions of the Order of the Garter, CHRONOLOGY OF THE SOVEREIGNS OF ENGLAND, containing the complete set of 16 printed roundels of the Kings and Queens, William I – George IV ‘BORN, 12 AUG. 1762. WHOM GOD PRESERVE’, Garter Star within lid and William I in base,. (BHM.1016; Eimer -; Pressler 910), bronzed.
