Germany, Wilhelm II (1888-1918), copper Pattern 25 Pfennig, 1908, trial strike, designed by Karl Goetz, crowned arms. Rev. value and date, 4.22g (Sch. 18/G27). Brilliant Mint State Pattern, orange red hue.

Struck in copper by the noted German medallist Karl Goetz to the size of a normal German 25 Pfennig. Goetz is best known for his satirical and propaganda medals during WWI and for the Lusitania medal of 1915.
