Henry I (1100-35), Penny, pellets in quatrefoil type (c.1123), Norman of Thetford Mint, facing crowned bust with sceptre, star in field, +HENRICVS R. rev star in centre of quatrefoil with pelleted limbs, fleur de lis in each angle, beaded circle surrounding, +NO-MAN:ON: -ETF (BMC type XIV -; N.870; S.1275).

Fully round, though flat in parts, of bright appearance, about as struck good very fine and very rare.
