Rev, ship in sail, quartered shield of arms at centre, h and rose either side, cross above, reading PERX CRVCE’X TVA’X SALVAX NOSX XPE’X REDE’, 5.12g (Schneider 562; N.1760; S.2265).
Struck on a full fl an, an imposing example of the first coinage Angel, softly struck in few places otherwise about extremely fine for issue.
