Edward IV (1461-83), Penny, type VI, light cross and pellets coinage (1473-8?), Drogheda Mint, crowned facing bust within beaded circle, no marks in field, legend surrounding rev pellet and quatrefoil centre over long cross pattée, tri-pellets in each inner angle, beaded circle and legend surrounding, 0.50g (Burns Dr-2; DF p.31 note; S.6369).

Struck on usual small flan, good portrait with pellet like die flaw on nose, very fine for issue and rare.
