James I (1603-25), Laurel, mintmark lis (1623-24), third coinage (1619-25), fourth laureate and draped bust left, very small ties at rear of bust, value behind, legend and beaded borders surrounding on both sides, IACOBVS D G MAG BRI FRA ET HIB REX. Rev, long cross fourchee over crowned quartered shield of arms, FACIA M EOS IN GENTEM VNAM, 9.01g (S.2638B; N.2114).

Slightly double struck on a broad flan, legends for the most part clear with a pleasing portrait. Good very fine or better.
