James I (1603-1625), Shilling, third coinage (1619-25), sixth crowned bust right, value behind, inner beaded circle surrounding, initial mark trefoil (1624) both sides, rev plumes over quartered shield of arms, beaded circles and legend surrounding, 5.84g (N.2125; S.2669).

One tiny rim split, toned, a little weak at front of bust, otherwise a bold very fine and rare.
