Silver Denarius, Rome.
Obverse: Head of Gallic captive (Vercingetorix?) facing right, hair flowing back and with a chain around his neck, Gallic shield behind.
Reverse: L•HOSTIL[IVS] / SASERN, two warriors in a biga right, one holding whip and reins, the other a shield and spear.
