Kingdom of Thrace, Lysimachos (306‑281 BC) Silver Tetradrachm, Magnesia, c. 297‑281 BC, 16.82g. Head of the deified Alexander the Great right, wearing the horn of Ammon. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ – ΛΥΣΙΜΑXΟΥ, Athena enthroned left, holding Nike, shield decorated resting against base of throne, monogram in left field. (Thompson 59). Good Very Fine. Attractive old collection tone.
