Obverse: IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right.
Reverse: PONTIF MAX TR COS P P, Fides standing facing, head right, holding two military standards, left topped with an aquila, right topped with a wreath.
