Magnus Maximus (AD 383-388).

Silver Miliarense, mint of Trier.

Obverse: DN MAG MA-XIMVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Magnus Maximus facing right.
Reverse: VIRTVS EXERCITVS, emperor standing right, head left, holding shield and sceptre topped with chi-rho, TRPS in exergue.

Extremely Fine. A couple of areas of weak strike. Very Rare.
