Brass Dupondius, mint of Rome, AD 180-181.

Obverse: M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXIII, radiate bust of Marcus Aurelius facing right.
Reverse: SALVTI AVG COS III, Salus sanding left, feeding a serpent which rises from an altar.
