Brass Sestertius, mint of Rome, AD 169-170.

Obverse: Laureate head of Marcus Aurelius facing right.
Reverse: Salus standing left, holding sceptre and patera, feeding snake arising from altar.

Good Very Fine. Beautiful brown patina and an excellent portrait.
