Silver Denarius, mint of Rome, AD 179.

Obverse: M AVREL ANT-ONINVS AVG, laureate and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius facing right.
Reverse: TR P XXXIIII IM-P X COS III P P, Fortuna seated left, holding rudder and cornucopiae.

Extremely Fine. Some surface lamination damage to the reverse field.
