Description

Dynasts of Lycia, Perikles (c. 380-360 BC).

Silver Stater.

Obverse: Laureate and draped bust of Perikles facing slightly to the left.
Reverse: Π↑PEKΛ↑, warrior, wearing Corinthian helmet and holding sword and shield, in fighting stance right, triskeles to right, all within a shallow incuse square.

Good Very Fine for issue. Somewhat weakly struck in places.
