Brass Sestertius. Struck as Caesar, A.D. 245-6.

Obverse: M IVL PHILIPPVS CAES, bare-headed and draped bust facing right.
Reverse: PRINCIPI IVVENT, S-C, Philip II standing left, holding a globe and a sceptre.

Attractive dark green-brown patina, nearly extremely fine.
