Silver Tetradrachm, uncertain mint in Pontus, year 222 of the Bythino-Pontic Calendar (75 BC).

Obverse: Diademed head of Mithradates IV facing right, hair flowing.
Reverse: Pegasus grazing left, BAΣIΛEΩΣ above, MIΘPAΔATOY EYΠATOPOΣ below; star-in-crescent to left, monograms in left and right fields.
